Yoga with Mindfulness for Kids

This is a four week block of “Yoga with Mindfulness” for kids and teens. Yoga is an opportunity to counter the pressures of daily life and embrace challenges with more ease. Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem & body awareness, as well as physical activity that is non-competitive and lots of fun! Many benefits can be derived from yoga, such as flexibility, strength, coordination, breathing techniques, relaxation, and increased confidence. Classes will be held on April 23rd, April 30th, May 7th, and May 14th. To participate, you must call and register with the library. Space is limited, so register now.
