Yoga with Mindfulness for Kids

Feb YogaThis is a four week block of “Yoga with Mindfulness” for kids and teens. Yoga is an opportunity to counter the pressures of daily life and embrace challenges with more ease. Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem & body awareness, as well as physical activity that is non-competitive and lots of fun! Many benefits can be derived from yoga, such as flexibility, strength, coordination, breathing techniques, relaxation, and increased confidence.
Classes will be held on April 23rd, April 30th, May 7th, and May 14th.

Preschool-2nd Grade: 9:30am-10am
3rd Grade-6th Grade: 10:15am-10:45am
7th Grade-12th Grade: 11am-11:45am

This class requires a four week commitment, and a parent/guardian to sign a release of liability.
